• How to Avail B-Ngul?

  1. Any customer who has a B-Mobile number can register for the B-Ngul service.

  2. B-Ngul can be accessed by downloading the My BT app or by dialling *111# or *555# USSD code.

  3. Registration can be completed by filling in the form available at https://www.bt.bt/downloads/ or by collecting a hardcopy from the nearest BT counter. Completed forms can be submitted at any BT counter.
